Children's music singer/songwriter Steve Denyes set out on a task to write and record 20 song in 20 days and post each song on his website hullabalooband.com. On April 27, Denyes collected all the songs and released them under his artist name Hullabaloo. The new album is simply titled "20 Songs In 20 Days" and features some of the most fun you'll ever hear on a children's album.
It begins with "My Best Friend Riley," a song about his dog which features just Steve and his acoustic guitar. He continues with trying to teach us French with "My Trip To Paris" and also about a vegan-eating snake during "Help! A Snake Is Going To Eat Me." Most of the songs are around 2-minutes long, except for the shorter 90-second story of "Best Day Of Fishing" and the even shorter, a-ccapella "Bubble Gum Blues." He then slows the tempo down to sing about the beautiful love of "Supermoon" and the wonder of "Carrie The One." The album finishes with Steve strumming his ukulele for the sweet stories of "Camping With Alana."
