Arriving July 27th through River House Records is the latest release from singer/songwriter/guitarist Willie Nile. His new album, "Children OF Paradise" is the 12th studio album of his career, which stretches back over 40 years. Nile stated that he wrote this new album as a "pick-me-up from all the blues around us" and this set of 12-songs seem like the perfect remedy. He kicks things off with the politically charged "Seeds Of A Revolution" and the swift rocker "All Dressed Up And No Place To Go" as Nile seems to have a renewed sense of inspiration to write these new timeless rock pieces. He keeps the energy flowing with the punk-like fury of "Don't" and the global-warming inspired anger of "Earth Blues." He switches to his acoustic guitar for the folk-storytelling of "Gettin' Ugly Out There" and the love tale of "Have I Ever Told You." Willie Nile wraps up his new album with the gentle flow of "Lookin' For Someone" and the inspirational piano ballad "All God's Children." Willie Nile will be wrapping up his latest tour with a pair a shows at the Altin Arts & Music Festival in Canada and The Blubar Festival in Italy.
