Steven Page Continues Life After Barenaked Ladies With New "Discipline"
Former Barenaked Ladies frontman, Steven Page recently released his brand new studio album titled "Discipline: Heal Thyself, Pt. II." This is the follow-up to his 2016 album "Heal Thyself, Pt. I: Instinct." It features a dozen songs that become instantly recognizable by Page's distinct vocals. He starts out his new album with the swinging rhythm of "Nothing Special," which sounds as if it was an outtake from an early Barenaked Ladies release. He picks the tempo up with the jazzy vibe of "Feelgood Summer," before delivering the blues of "Where Do You Stand." The album's lead single "White Noise" has Steven Page plugging-in for this rocker as he sings about the situation of today's politics in this country. He wraps up his new album with the gentle, ballad of "Done" and the addictive pop tones of "Looking For The Light."
Steven Page is currently on the road promoting his new album, which includes stops in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. For a complete list of shows and to find out more about his new album "Discipline: Heal Thyself, Pt. II," please visit stevenpage.com.
